polite staff packed breakfast surprise upgrade
The staff was kind and courteous! They also made me a packed breakfast since I was leaving early for the airport. I was upgraded to a suite. It was a lovely surprise.
The toiletries provided were very minimal.

large room nice view abundant breakfast
The room was large. It had a nice view. I frequently ate by the pool and liked the food. Breakfast was abundant here.

spacious room comfortable bed friendly staff convenient location
i found the room to be super spacious and clean with a large comfortable bed it also included great views the staff were kind and friendly at all times the location is excellent for walking. Catching the bts is also easy for reaching the malls. I liked that the breakfast was great too. The shower was fabulous and the room was bright.

Just okay, honestly
uncomfortable bed cheap toiletries
I booked a corner suite. I thought it would accommodate three people more comfortably. Turns out my daughter had to sleep on a REALLY uncomfortable fold-out bed. Toiletries were also minimal. I was expecting more. There wasn't even proper hand soap available, only the cheapest stuff. Our stay just wasn't worth the price.

the breakfast had so many choices. it was acceptable.
i was really disappointed by the limited toiletries. there wasn't even soap for washing my hands. the ones they did provide seemed like the cheapest kind.

Acceptable stay, some issues present.
spacious rooms good privacy poor quality no soap
The rooms were quite spacious and offered a good level of privacy due to the hotel's location above street level.
I booked the 1 Bedroom Corner Suite Roselle Suite. I was quite frustrated when I realized there was no soap provided for hand washing. The toiletries offered were of very poor quality, too
